ORDERING & PAYING
How can I place an order?

Add products to your digital shopping cart via the big yellow button. If you place the order with your Noddies Account, you can order ever faster.


How do I change the adress on the order I made?

You can only change your order if you haven't received a shipping confirmation yet. Send us a mail to adjust the name or address of your order.


Is my product in stock?

You can assume that all products are in stock. If a product is not in stock, we will indicate this on the product photo. You can also see this on the product page under the Shop- button.


Hoe wijzig ik mijn bezorgadres van een lopende bestelling?

This is only possible if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation. Please contact our customer service to change the adress


GLS
Is the package already feed sins? You will find the free Flex Delivery option in the GLS shipping confirmation. You can use this to indicate that your package will be delivered to a Parcel Shop in your area. You can pick up your package there


How can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel you order, if your order has not been shipped yet. Please contact our customer if you want to cancel it


Can I add something to my order?

This is only possible if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation.

Take the following steps:

1. Place an extra order in the webshop
2. Select the shipping option "Pick up" (therefore no additional shipping costs will be charged)
3. Write in the comments field: I would like to add this order to order ....... <enter the ref.number of your previous order>


Visiting Noddies
Is it possible to visit Noddies and see the products?

Yes you can. You can visit our Showroom or appointment.

Once you click on the link below you will be directed to our Online Calendar.
There you can select an available date and time and schedule an appointment:

Can I pick up my order from the showroom?

You can pick up your order at our Showroom in Westerhoven.

Please take the following steps:

1. Select the shipping option "Pick up" while ordering.
2. Write in the comments field when you would like to pick up your order.
3. Wait for the email we send you once your order is ready.
4. Schedule a pickup appointment using the link in the email.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When will you send the package?

Orders placed before 3 p.m. on monday/friday, will we ship the same day.
If you order later or during the weekend, your order will be shipped the next working day.

If it is not possible to ship your order the same day, we will send you an email.


RETURNS & REFUNDS
What return options do I have?

You can return your order or products from your order within 14 days of receipt. Send your order well packed and with sufficient postage to:

Add a note to your order with your order number and address details, and the request for a refund.. After receiving your shipment, we will create a credit note. The amount will be refunded within 10 businessdays


Can I exchange a product

You can order the desired product directly in the webshop. This will be sent as a new order. Return the already received product to us within 14 days after receipt

Send the product well packaged and with sufficient postage to:

COURSES & WORKSHOPS
Geven jullie ook Workshops/Cursussen?

Yes. We used to give physical lessons in our studio. during the Corona period, we switched to giving Online lessons. It turned out that the results of our students Online were so much better than after a physical lesson, that we currently only give Online Courses/Workshops.
